The advantage of having sibling connections known allows families to log in with a single WebCode to enter all of their children's booking preferences in one go. Without sibling connections, families will receive a different WebCode for each of their children. This may be acceptable where families are making their own bookings (ie, if the event is set up in 'Booking' mode), but can result in families having booking clashes if schools are using the 'Timetabling' mode (although there are ways families can combine their children upon log in - explained below).
1. The Interview Administrators may manually join students to a family:
- Find the family
- Go into the edit view
- Enter the sibling's name into the 'Children' field
- Save
- Find the family
- Go into the edit view
- Enter the sibling's name into the 'Children' field
- Save

2. When the family logs in with one of their WebCodes for any of their children, they may connect their other child/ren by selecting + Add student

They can then enter the WebCode/s for their other child/ren. While not difficult, it does allow for the possibility of families not correctly doing so.

This information, including the WebCode , can be printed on letters and given to students, and all information remains quite impersonal.
