E10 - Overview: Classes > Curriculum plan

When first going to this screen you will be asked if you want to Switch or Stay .

Selecting Stay allows you to view the Curriculum Plan. You can use this to check your structure and see if you are missing any classes and review your links. Selecting Stay does not allow you to interact with the Curriculum plan.

Selecting Switch removes the Line structure and Link columns from the Class data screen.

This is a permanent change for this file and any file created from it. However, you can go back to using Line structure and Link columns in earlier versions of the file and files created from them.

Selecting Switch allows you to interact with the Curriculum plan

The Curriculum plan is a visual summary combining Year structure, Period allocations and Mix groups rule:

Divisions and Programs

This screen displays the structure of your timetable for the selected Year level.

Division is a vertical structure, whereby students must get allocated to one and only one class. This structure is also known as a Line or Block.

Program is a horizontal structure, whereby students must get allocated to all the classes. This structure is also known as either a Group, Float Group or a Band.
