How to edit the expiry date for an agency’s access to a shared plan

When sharing a plan with an external agency, an expiry date will have been set, which controls how long the agency has access for.

 

To change the expiry date for an agency’s access to a shared plan, either scroll down to the External agencies section of a shared plan or click on the External agencies option in the navigation menu.


 

You will be presented with the External agencies section. Click on the calendar icon for the agency whose access expiry date you’d like to change. 


 

A popup will appear. Click on the displayed date to select a new expiry date for the agency’s access. 


Once you have finished, click on the OK button to save your changes.
