Access to the Admin Menu

The Admin menu is applicable to all modules - Daily, Choice and Interviews. Access to the Admin menu is restricted to users with the required permissions. For information on Users, Roles and Permissions, see the following document:

Admin Menu Items

Menu Item
Description
Users
A list of permanent teachers, casual teachers, administrators and admin staff with associated data. Access to Users requires the 'Manage Users' permission.
Roles
A list of roles with associated permissions. Access to Roles requires the 'Manage roles' permission.
Students
A list of students and their allocated classes. Access to Students requires the 'Manage users' permission.
Family Data
A list of families and children with associated data. Access to Family Data requires the 'Manage family data' permission
Rooms
A list of room codes with capacity and comments displayed. Daily Organiser and Admin roles have access to Room data.
Settings
Contains school details, facility to upload school logo image, settings to manage timetable visibility, email tracking and SSO subdomain and access to the rollover functionality. Access to Settings requires the 'Manage settings' permission.
System log
Displays details of when, by whom and from which etz file data was synced. Daily Organiser and Admin roles have access to the System log.
Single sign-on
SAML configuration options are displayed here
Email history
This reports on sent emails displays the following information: sent by, date delivered, date opened, message subject, document template and status.
SMS history
This reports details of SMS messages sent and received.
Health check
Errors which exist in the etz file that affect cloud functionality are displayed here along with suggested solutions.
