The ability for Admin and Casual users to add their own email address has been added. When a Casual or Admin user first logs in with their WebCode and they do not have an email address associated with their record, they will be presented with the opportunity to add their email address.
Adding an Email Address
When a user without an email address in the system first logs in to Timetable Daily they will be presented with the following message:
Selecting 'No' will close the window and no further action will be required. The message will not appear again.
Selecting 'Later' will close the window and no further action will be required however, the message will reappear when the user logs in again.
Selecting 'Yes' will open the following window where the user can enter their email address:
If the user selects 'Later' without adding an email address, the window will close and no further action will be required however, the message will reappear when the user logs in again.
Once the email address is entered and 'Confirm' is selected, the window will close and the email address will be added to the user's record.
