Google Calendar Export for Individual Timetables

An new export has been created for individual timetables that will enable timetabled classes to be imported into a Google Calendar. To generate this export, go to View > Timetables and select the required individual timetable (teacher, room, student or equipment). Next click on 'Google Calendar Export' in the Actions panel to generate the required .csv file.

Import into a Google Calendar

In Google Calendar:

Select Settings > Import and export
Locate the csv file to import
Select the required calendar
Click on 'Import'

This will import all of the timetabled classes as events in the calendar. The events can be modified if necessary and conferencing can be added for online teaching if required.
