On the Learning Pathways homepage, you’ll see several boxes that display information such as overdue reviews and the average outcomes of plans and adjustments.
To change when the overdue reviews and average outcomes are calculated, hover the mouse over the Admin tab at the top of the page and select School settings from the drop-down menu.
Next, either scroll to the School details section or select School details from the navigation menu on the left.
Locate the setting labelled Calculate reviews due and average outcomes from which date. Click on the field to select how far back you would like to calculate averages and overdue reviews from.
The field will flash green, indicating that your changes were saved. The home page will now display reviews and averages from the selected date range, ignoring data that was created before the chosen date.
