E10 - Import Duty Roster from another E10 .etz file

Preamble

The Duty Roster can be imported from one .etz file to another if required.

Go to File > Import data from > Edval .etz.file > Duty Roster.

Select the .etz file that you want to import the Duty roster from, click on Open.

A pop up will appear to inform you that the import was successful.

Go to Teachers > Duty roster (Shift + F4) to see the imported Duty Roster in your .etz file.

Please note that the Import of a Duty Roster only brings in the actual roster and duty areas.

If they do not exist, duty loads are NOT imported. These will need to be manually updated to match the required values.
If duties are pinned in the source .etz file, these pins will need to be manually pinned again after the import.
