Timetable Daily: Daily Bulletin and Day Sheet Generation

Modified on Thu, 14 Aug at 12:59 AM

Within the home screen, on all tabs, there is the capacity to generate a Daily Bulletin and Day Sheets for casuals and teachers who have been given covers, extras and in lieu’s. These can be generated by selecting Daily Bulletin or Day Sheets at the bottom right hand side of the home screen.

Daily Bulletin

The Daily Bulletin is the most common daily report which summarises all the covers for the day. It is designed to be printed and placed on the noticeboard for all staff to see. It can also be saved as a PDF and emailed to all staff.

Once Daily bulletin is selected an options dialogue box will open containing options.

Note: events scheduled which are not specifically bounded by periods but instead by minutes – these time ranges are shown in minutes in the period column.

Please refer to our documentation on Multi grid and Multi campus, that includes Daily Bulletin along with other functions and how they behave in a multi campus and multi grid schools:

Day Sheets

Day Sheets are an excellent way to distribute the day’s covers and associated class lists to staff. Generate > Day Sheets brings up the following options box, identifying which teachers the Day Sheet should be printed or emailed to.

The email will instantly alert teachers that they have a cover and provide them with the day sheet (1 page per roll).

Note: Casual teacher days sheets will only be populated with data after ‘Publish covers’ has been activated.

The day sheets can be printed as a page per roll, or a page per teacher (see below)
