Timetable Daily - Synchronisation to Toowoomba via Direct Connection

Synchronisation Set up

Add Toowoomba as a sync system

Go to Daily > Synchronise
Click on 'Add sync system'

Choose Toowoomba (LISS) from the dropdown menu from the 'System' field.

Ensure the following is entered in the sync configuration:

The selected system is Toowoomba
The format of the server address for Toowoomba is https://www.toowoombaschools.net.au/admin/liss.asp . Please ensure that your server address follows this format. Also ensure that the Username, Password and School code are correct.
You may choose to exclude yard duties/study classes/on-calls by ticking the relevant box in the 'Other' section. Leaving the box unticked will include yard duties, study classes and on-calls in the sync.

The Server address, username, password and school code are all supplied by Toowoomba. Please contact Toowoomba IT department if you are unsure what should be entered into any of these fields.

Once the correct server address and correct credentials have been added you may click on 'Test Connection' to ensure that Timetable Daily can communicate with the Toowoomba server and accepts the configuration settings. If the settings are correct then you may click on the 'Save' option to save the settings. If the settings are not accepted then you will need to contact Toowoomba IT department to confirm if your Toowoomba settings are correct.
