Step 1: Configure the sync

The syncing details must be initially setup in Edval before a sync can occur. This is often only needed to be performed once.
  1. Go to File > Synchronise > Configure
  2. From the Sync tab, select SEEMiS from the dropdown options.

  3. Click on Configure. You will be taken to the Connection tab. A destination folder must be selected to direct where the .txt file will be saved to. Select Browse and locate or create the desired location.

Step 2: Perform the Sync (export)

Once you have finished the configuration setup, the text document file can be exported.
  1. Click on the 'Sync now' tab:

  2. There are two options to choose from; you can either Import students from a CSV file into Edval, or you can export/create a text document with the timetable data on it.
After you have selected 'Create TT publish File', a single file will be created called 'TTExport'.
