Knowledge Base categories
Each Product section is further broken into areas that generally aligns with the menu order in timetable products. This will help you navigate to the relevant area in the knowledge base as you are looking for online quries for each Menu area in the timetable products such as E10, Daily, Choice. Example below is the folder organisation of E10 that follows the menus address of E10 application.
Searching Knowledge Base
The search bar option in home page or within each folders will allow you to search for a specific keyword inside that folder. The search mechanisem looks for the matching word not only within the folder but the overall knowledge base portal. The outcome of search brings up the matching word within the title of documents first and then any document that contains the searched word within the content of the document. Example below for searching the word "Settings' brought up the documents that contains the word "Settings' within its title and then any other document that has the searched word within the content of it underneath.
It is highly recommended that users navigate through the folder by following the menu of each product, we have categorised and placed our documents as per the menus of each product to make it easily accessible and remembered. Global search is not recommended as it will search and display documents accross all products that contains any of your searched words within the title or inside those documents.
