Modified on Fri, 26 Sep at 4:44 AM

To access Timetable Interviews, go to https://my.edval.education/ and enter your 7-character WebCode.

A ‘Forgot WebCode?’ link is available should the user need assistance in retrieving their WebCode. A registered email address will be required for this function.

Timetable Interviews Home screen

Once logged in, users will see all of their school's purchased Tes modules, including Timetable Daily, Timetable Interviews and Choice.
Navigate to Timetable Interviews > Events to display the Events Home screen.

Events

The first time you log in you will see 'No data available', as no events have yet been set up. As events are set up, a summary of the event details and available actions will display.

Filters and Actions

The right-hand side of the screen contains filters and action buttons, which may alter depending on the options relevant to the screen the user is viewing.
As events are added throughout the year, and the home screen fills up with event data, the date filter can be used to limit the display to events that occur between the chosen dates.

Get help!

Clicking on the ‘Get help!’ button on the lower right corner of the screen allows the user to generate a support ticket for the Tes Help Desk. Tes recommends the user to be specific with their query (i.e. include steps to reproduce an issue, explain what the user is trying to achieve, provide the names of teachers or families etc.), and attach screenshots when possible. A Tes support officer or consultant will respond to your query as soon as possible.

User Account

The upper right corner displays the user’s name. Clicking on the drop-down arrow will provide the user with options related to his/her account.

Profile
View user details. If the user exists in the etz timetable file, then these details cannot be updated here and must be done directly in the etz file.

  Regenerate WebCode
If the user feels their WebCode security has been compromised, they may generate a new one for themselves. The new WebCode will be sent to the email address for the user (so long as the user has their email address in the system).

Switch Year
The user will be automatically logged into the current year, but it is possible to 'Switch year' to:
1) view previous years' events
2) set up events for the following academic year. If the following year is not visible in the drop down, please contact Tes support to set up the following year's database. Note that the following year's etz file would need to be sync'd to send all the teacher, student and class information.
