This document will display the Interview screens from the teacher log in perspective.
Home screen
Teachers will find Interview events via Interviews > My events. All events that the teacher is involved in will display.

Teacher profile

Profile: Teachers can view their profile details such as their name, email and phone number. Teachers cannot edit these details; the Tes Timetable .etz timetable file is the source of truth for these details. These details may be added in the .etz file and synced to the Edval web server if required.

Regenerate WebCode: If a teacher feels their WebCode security has been compromised, they may generate a new one for themselves.
Switch year: If the teacher needs to access data from another calendar year they may switch the year.
Logout: self-explanatory.
Events
Details
The Details screen displays the summary details of the event, along with a link to email the Interviews Administrator.

Priority
Teachers can tick any student they wish to flag as a priority student. Student lists are displayed as either 'My students' or 'Other students'.

Families will see a message that the teacher wishes the parent to make a booking with them.

My requests
Families who have requested to see the teacher will display in the 'My requests' list.

My interviews
The My interviews screen will display all booked appointments. It shows the time, room, student's name, family name, subject class name and family priority (preference) request. If there are multiple session dates, these will all display for separate selection.

No show:
Teachers may mark a family as not attending an appointment by ticking the 'No show' field.
By doing this, Administrators will be able to export 'No show' reports and also communicate with these families separately.
Comments:
Teachers may enter comments, either before the event as notes to discuss with the family, or during the event to refer to after the event.
Phone Numbers
Parent phone numbers and attendance options are now visible within the Teacher view of Interviews...

Unavailability
Teachers may submit an unavailability request if the Administrator has allowed them to (via the Event Details set up screen 'Teacher unavailability = Allow teachers to enter their own unavailability'.)

The Administrator will receive an email of the request and can approve or reject the request.

The teacher will get an email of the approval or rejection, and will be able to view the status in the Unavailability tab.

Reports
Teachers have some self-explanatory reports available to them for each event they are involved in. (Administrators have a larger range or reports available to them).
