Preamble
Tes facilitates the set-up process for all new clients, including bringing your current school’s data over to our Timetable software. For those coming from some of the more popular systems, we have a dedicated system to extract the data into the format required.
Ultranet/CASE21 (Maze) - Data Extraction Instructions
The following section describes how to export data out of Ultranet / Cases21 for users who wish to upgrade to Tes for timetabling. You may need permission to access these functions in Maze.
Timetable Quilt Table: THTQ
Staff table: SF
Room table: SM
Student Subject Selections table: STMA
Subject Class Lists table: SCL
Filter on the current TTPERIOD; otherwise, you will get previous years' class lists.
