TABLE OF CONTENTS
This report details the classes that have been covered using the cover options of Merge, Minimal supervision, No cover, Online lesson and Class to library over a specified date range.
Generating the report
To generate the Miscellaneous covers report, navigate to Daily > Reports > Miscellaneous covers
This will open the following screen.
Select the required 'From' and 'To' dates from the Date panel on the right to display the relevant information for that date range. Information can be filtered by Cover type if required.
Points to note:
- All columns in the report are sortable.
- When searching by 'type', note that all covers that used 'Class to Library' or an alternative label, will be displayed when 'To library' is selected from the filter list.
- For merged classes, the room column displays the room in which the merged classes have been placed.
- For all other covers, the room column displays the original room in which the class was scheduled.
Printing and exporting the report
The report can be generated as a PDF or exported to Excel using the icons in the top right hand corner.
