There are a few ways to change or delete a room booking and an additional room booking.
Changing or Cancelling a booking in the Room Timetable
Go to the room where the booking has been made. Select the icon in the bottom right hand corner of the period where the booking is.
A drop down box will appear;
By selecting Edit room booking, another screen will appear where the user can make changes to their booking.
By selecting Delete the room booking will be deleted.
Changing or Cancelling a booking in the Teacher Timetable
Go to the teacher timetable where the booking has been made. Select the icon in the bottom right hand corner of the period where the booking is.
A drop down box will appear;
The user can opt to change the booking back to the original room, in essence, cancelling it.
Cancelling or Changing an Additional Room Booking
Go to the teacher timetable where the booking has been made. Select the icon in the bottom right hand corner of the period where the booking is.
A drop down box will appear;
By selecting Delete additional room, the additional room the teacher booked, will be deleted.
Automatic Cancellation of Room Bookings
