TABLE OF CONTENTS

Classes for a given year level with the same course code must have the same description.
What's happening and why?
In the sync process, Sentral reads the Course code of a class and assigns the Subject description.
It then looks at the next class, reads the Course code and assigns that Subject description.
Eventually Sentral comes to the last class with the same Course code and uses that Subject description.
Normally these Subject descriptions should be the same.
When these classes are synced with Sentral, Sentral will display the Subject description of the last class in the list.
Example 1
School has set up Sport classes all with same Course code but each with different Subject. After sync with Sentral, the classes all end up being called Sport - FUTSAL. This happened to be the last class in the list for Year level SP. The school wanted each class to have its own Subject name.

Give each different Sport its own Course code .
Summary

Classes with the same Course code should have the same Subject description.
