Tes currently has a flat file export integration with Academy Attendance.
The following information has been provided by the Academy Attendance team and was correct at the time of publication. Please check the Academy Attendance documentation for any changes to the process. Please contact them for any support required in the set up in this system, as Tes consultants are not able to advise.
Configuring Academy Attendance in Tes
- Open E10 timetable file go to File > Synchronise > Configure
- Select Academy Attendance from the drop down list
- Go to Connection and select a folder in your PC so it can export the file.
- Sync each time you save - You can tick this option if you would like Tes to automatically export the file every time you save the timetable file.
Exporting the flat file
The next after configuration is to export the flat file.
- Go to File > Synchronise > Sync Now
- Click on Create TT publish file and that will export the four flat files in the mapped folder.
The action above will export four flat files in the mapped folder.
