Timetable Daily: Noteworthy Students Report

Accessed via Daily > Reports > Noteworthy students. This report shows students’ whereabouts on any selected date.

It displays what the students would normally be doing as well as any event the students are attending, together with any teacher and room assigned.

It can be generated for an individual student, a group of selected students and classes, or an entire year level.

A - Select the date for the report.

B - Select how to sort students on the report, either by Student name or House.

C - Tick to display students’ Houses, if applicable.

D - Click the year level, or use the tree selector + next to each year level to narrow down selection to particular classes or students.

E - Click the Update button to view the report.

F - Click to export to Excel, if required.

To view or generate a different report: Simply change the selected date, year level/classes/students. Then click the Update button again to apply the changes to selection.
