Preamble
A list of submitted forms can be viewed by the administrator and any additional users that were set up by the administrator in Choice online.
- Navigate to Choice > Forms
- From the Form status section on the right, select one of the following options:
- All: all sync'd forms
- Open: only the open Choice forms
- Closed: only the closed Choice forms
- Next to the relevant form, select select 'List of submitted forms'
List of submitted forms
Students who have submitted preferences will display, along with submission details.
The initial submission date and time will display, along with a Recent submission date and time (if they have logged on multiple times and made a change to their previous submission).
The Submitter code will usually be the student's code, or an approved user's code, such as where students meet with a teacher and the teacher submits on the student's behalf.
Actions
Filter By Name: Enter a particular student's name to find their selection.
Filter by year: Select to display or remove certain years from view (applicable in multi-year datasets).
Print forms: Print all or selected submitted forms in the same view as students are able to print.
Email forms: Email all or selected submissions in the same view as students are able to email.
Print or Email submitted forms
Submitted forms may be printed or emailed to by selecting the Print Forms or Email Forms action at the right hand side of the page.
