Schools using the Edval timetable software can easily upload the data ready for the Interviews Administrator to set up an interviews schedule.
It is very important however to understand the synchronisation process, and the implications to other Edval modules that schools may also be using, such as Edval Daily.
Before uploading the data, check that the .etz file contains the correct information, including:
- Class lists are correct
- Teacher email addresses are entered
- Student data is correct (Students > Student data)
- If setting up Interviews by House or Boarder groups, are students correctly identified (Students > Student data > More > Tick to display 'Boarders' and 'House' fields.
Step 1: How to upload data to Edval web server
Please refer to this Knowledgebase document of how to upload Timetable data to Edval Web Server:

Step 2. Check the data has sync'd correctly
- Log into my.edval.education
- Navigate to Admin > Students. Student names and their classes will display.
