Timetable Interviews: Event Status 2 - Parent preferences

Parent preferences status is only applicable to Timetabling mode. For schools using Booking mode, proceed to the document 'Interviews: Event Status 4. Open to book'.

Once teachers have entered their priority interviews and unavailability times, the Administrator can switch the event to the Parent preferences status. Families will then be able to log in and see the event to enter their time availability and enter the teachers they wish to see.

The Family log in screen shows the events their children are involved in:

At some stage in the process the Administrator will deem that this stage is finished, and will move onto the next status:

Timetabling mode: Generate schedule.
