The Participants screen is used to communicate to Teachers and/or Families.

Communicate
- From the 'Filter by type' panel on the right, select Teachers or Students
- Select one or more teachers / students, or select all
- From the Actions panel on the right, select either 'Send / Print invitations' or 'Send / Print schedules'.

- Select the desired Template
- Select 'Print PDF' or 'Send emails'
- Enter a Reply to address. This field can be left blank but any reply emails from the recipient will be sent to an unmonitored address box.
- If using email, select the 'Email me sample' button to check that the document. An onscreen pop up will display with the content of the email, which can be sent to the email address of the logged in user.
- Select Send.
