TABLE OF CONTENTS
The event statistics page shows a large number of details about the event.
There are several tables of information available, and all are able to be exported to an Excel spreadsheet by selecting the Excel icon at the top right of each table.
The tables of information are quite self-explanatory, so are not explained in detail here.
Teacher Statistics
Top-level statistics
The 'Rejected interviews' will show an amount prior to the actual 'Schedule generation' if the number of interviews requested is more than the default value set for 'Max auto-granted interviews per child' which is '6'. This can be viewed in the 'Parameters' section of the 'Generate module' status:
For example, if a family has requests 10 teachers, there will be 4 'Rejected interviews' shown as a result.
The school can edit this value during 'Schedule generation' to any amount they wish. It can be set at a maximum of '99' if the school wishes to have no limits.
Family statistics
Click on the number in the 'Weighted value' field to see a breakdown of the score.
