The file tab has several fields to be completed.
1. The first field identifies the Current Rotation based on the time of year.
2. Number of Rotations: The number of rotations needed in the file. Refer to other articles for in depth information.
3. The next field contains a drop-down menu listing the number of rotations specified in the Admin > Setup > School Info screen and it allows for any rotation to be displayed.
4. Headstart file: Must be selected if the file is a Headstart type file and syncing to Daily.
You can use up to 15 rotations. You should check your third party sync system though, in case there is a limit that they can import.Here is one that uses 10 rotations to accommodate 2, 3, 4 and 5 different rotations throughout a school's curriculum:
