Preamble

This document is intended to assist schools who wish to convert from a 1 week to a 2 week timetable cycle.

This function is only available to schools with a one week timetable.

Setup Grid Structure

Go to Setup > Grid structure

Click on the "Convert To Fortnightly " button in the Actionbar then click "Go".

This will duplicate your current Grid structure along with doubling the following:

Number of periods for each class and the teaching load
Allowances
Flexible work (days off)
Maximum load
Study load
Study roster
Duty load
Duty roster
On-call load
On-call roster

You can use the undo function after converting to a 2 week timetable.

This will also double any scheduled meetings in the Meetings year level. If you want any meeting to be once a fortnight then you will have to adjust accordingly once you have converted your timetable.
