Preamble 

Prerequisite for auto generating your next year's webcode

1. You will need to have your current/previous year's webcode already issued by us e.g. if you require webcode for 2025 then you will need to have your 2024 webcode already issued by us. 
2. You will need to have access to the desktop Timetable file as the feature only available in the timetable file. 

 

If you do not have the above two, please contact us via get help within the product or email us directly at edval-license@tes.com with the subject, "New Year Webcode".

Generating next year's webcode

1. Go to File > Configure > and under the "Sync" tab make sure you have selected "Edval web server" (Timetable Daily) from drop down list. 
2. Click on "Configure" button next to the drop down list
3. Under the connection tab click on "Generate webcode" button.
   
4. Once clicked on "Generate webcode", A prompt will display:
   
5. If you have forgotten your current year's webcode, click  Forgot my webcode  and your webcode will be emailed to you.
   If you know your current year's webCode, enter it into the text field and then click on the "Get next year's webcode" button.
6. Confirm your email address associated with the WebCode:
   
   
7. If the email listed is correct click "Yes", you will get the confirmation email. check your email for the webcode.
