Timetable Interview: Event Status Overview

Modified on Fri, 26 Sep at 6:25 AM

Over the course of an interviews event, there are a range of actions that will need to be performed at certain stages of the process, and according to the school's timeline.
The Event Details screen for an event has a number of stages, known as the ' Status', that indicates which action will be performed at that time.
Info

The Interviews Administrator will regularly revisit the Details screen to alter the Status each time they are ready to move to the next stage of the process.
The status options differ slightly depending on which Mode the school is using, Timetabling or Booking, as the Timetabling mode has the extra steps of requiring families to submit preference times and teachers, and the Administrator generating the interviews schedule.

The timeline suggested is shown below, as well as the status that would be selected for each stage of the process
