Invitations to events can be sent to Teachers or Families at the appropriate times.

This document assumes that an event has been set up and that Family data has been verified.
Print or Send bulk invitations
- Select the event
- Select 'Send/Print invitations' from the Actions panel on the right

- Template: Select the desired template
- Print or Send: Select to either Print PDF or Send Emails
- Reply address: Enter the preferred reply-to address. Left blank it will go to edval-noreply@tes.com which is not checked by anyone.
- Attendees: Select from Teachers, Parents or Parents who have not yet submitted preferences.


The 'Email me a sample' feature is a good opportunity to check that the document looks as you want it to. The pop up will display what the document will look like with Merge fields completed. If there are issues spotted here, go back to Documents > Templates and fix the errors.
Print or Send individual invitations
There may be times you wish to send to or print for just selected teachers or families.
- Select 'Participants' for the appropriate event

- Select Teachers or Students from the Filter by type panel on the right
- Select one or more participants from the check boxes on the left
- Select 'Send/Print invitations' from the Actions panel on the right.

The steps after this point are the same as above for bulk invitations.
