E10 - Timetable views - what students/teachers see on their timetable

Modified on Thu, 14 Aug at 12:55 AM

Regardless of whether a meeting/class runs online or offline, staff/students must be associated with that class to see it on their own timetable.
  • Students must be in the classlist.
  • Teachers must be taking the class or be an associated teacher (e.g. Support) on that class.
For Assembly:
  • create a class for each individual teacher in the Meetings year level  (ASY.FRED) and assign that teacher to that specific class via TeacherPref.
  • either create a class for each year level (7ASY1) and enrol all students in that year to that class or create a single class in a separate year level (e.g. ADM, ROLL) and enrol all students from the school.  The easiest way to add a large group of students in one go is via Students > Class List Manager.
Use View to specify what is to be displayed.

Choose between displaying Class codes, Subjects or Subject + class suffix.
Subclasses for an umbrella class (e.g. PD and PE of PDH)  can be hidden in a timetable view by selecting Hide sub-classes
