Preamble
Student WebCodes can be exported directly from the etz timetable file and also in csv format from the online Edval webserver.
Export student WebCodes from the webserver
- Log onto my.edval.education
- Navigate to Admin > Students
- Select the 'Export CSV' action
- Check the 'Include Student WebCode' box
The export history will be recorded for tracking or security purposes, showing the user code who exported the data, along with the date and time of the export.
A CSV will be exported containing: NAME | CODE | YEAR | EMAIL | WEBCODE
